Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, together with any accessories, labels, and proof of purchase. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. The risk and responsibility for the return shipment remain with the customer until the package has been received by us.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Personal care products where hygiene regulations appl
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example by email or by submitting the withdrawal form available on our website.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
