Shipping policy
Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on orders above:
- Belgium: €100
- The Netherlands: €120
- Germany: €120
- France: €120
- Luxembourg: €120
For orders below these amounts, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
We aim to hand over all orders to the shipping carrier within 48 hours of receiving payment on business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been handed over to the carrier, the following delivery times generally apply:
Belgium
- Bpost: 1–2 business days
- DPD: 2–4 business days
The Netherlands
- 2–4 business days
Germany
- 2–4 business days
France
- 2–4 business days
Luxembourg
- 1–2 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Current shipping rates are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout based on the destination country and selected delivery method. For a detailed overview of shipping rates by country and delivery method, please see the shipping table below.
Pickup Point Delivery
If you choose delivery to a pickup point, you will be able to select your preferred pickup location after completing your purchase.
If no pickup point is selected, we reserve the right to choose the nearest available pickup location.
You will receive a notification once your parcel is ready for collection.
Missing Deliveries
If you have not received your order within 14 business days after shipment, please contact us at hello@folifolia.be so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
Restricted Delivery Areas
In exceptional cases, delivery may not be available to certain postal codes or regions.
If delivery to your address is not possible, we will contact you as soon as possible. If no suitable alternative can be arranged, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Local Pickup
All orders are shipped from Moorslede, West Flanders, Belgium.
If you live nearby and would prefer to collect your order in person, this can be arranged by appointment.
Please contact us at hello@folifolia.be. We will provide you with a discount code that removes the shipping costs during checkout.
There is no minimum order value for local pickup.
Please note that FoliFolia does not operate a physical retail store. Local pickup is available by appointment only.
