We offer a free (standard) delivery to the following countries:

Luxemburg: orders > €120
We aim to drop off your order at the courier service within 24 hours. Under normal circumstances the following delivery times apply (on weekdays):
Belgium via Bpost: 1 - 2 days
Belgium via DPD: 2 - 4 days
The Netherlands: 2 - 4 days
Germany: 2 - 4 days
France: 2 - 4 days
Luxemburg: 1 - 2 days

Orders are shipped by Myparcel within 2 business days. You will then receive an email with track&trace number, so you can follow the delivery status of your order.
If you haven't received your package after 14 business days, something went wrong. Please contact us at hello@folifolia.com and we'll look in to this.
When you select the delivery option "Pickup Point" you will be asked to choose a pickup point. If no pickup point was selected, we will send it to the one closest to your address.
If we are exceptionally unable to deliver to your region, the order will be cancelled.
Local Orders
Orders are being shipped from Moorslede, Belgium. If you live in the neighbourhood and want to collect your order yourself, you can send us an email to make further arrangements and we'll supply you with a code so that no shipping is charged. There is no minimum order in this case.
